So this was yesterday at my dad’s birthday party - I kind of had to loot around in my parent’s refrigerator to find something I could add to my mom’s salad on the fly. Fortunately, my brother had already cooked some black beans since he’s trying the slow-carb diet as well! So all I had to do was add some canned salmon and it was a meal!
